海水の冷たさに勝てない – Cold of seawater.

ある春の日、ミナトはシュノーケリングに出かけました。

海は見事に青く、とても美しかったのですが、まだまだ冬の気温が残っていたため、海水は冷たく、ミナトは寒さに震えて帰ってきました。

カナは既に準備万端で、たき火を焚いていました。

ラッキーはミルクを沸かし、くろべえは温かい毛布を用意して、ミナトを迎えました。

ミナトは寒くて身体がピリピリと痺れ、顔色も真っ青で、なかなか元気が出ませんでした。

すると、くろべえはミナトをギュッと抱きしめ、そのあたたかさで身体を温めようとしました。

「くろべえ、ありがとう。あったかい！」とミナトが言うと、カナは手作りのあったかい鍋料理を出しました。「これであったまろう！」と、カナは言って笑いました。

ミナトはあったかいスープをすすり、くろべえに寄り添いながら、優しい友達たちに囲まれて、幸せを感じました。

それから、海水の冷たさに勝てなかったことをちょっぴり残念に思いつつも、みんなにやさしくしてもらえることに大満足でした。

「ありがとう、みんな。こうしてみんなといると、寒さも吹き飛ぶような気がするよ」と、ミナトが言うと、みんなは幸せそうに微笑みました。
